Accounts Manager – Axminster

Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and manage team workflow
* Act as main contact for your client portfolio
* Prepare and review accounts, tax computations, and returns
* Oversee VAT submissions and compliance with HMRC/Companies House
* Support new business setups and provide proactive advice
* Identify opportunities for additional services
* Assist senior leaders with specialist work
About You
* Manager-level experience within an accountancy practice
* Strong accounts and tax preparation skills
* ACA/ACCA qualified
* Proactive, collaborative leader with excellent communication skills
* Organised, accurate, and client-focused
