Job Description
The Estimator will:
1. Compute costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements
2. Prepare work to be estimated by gather proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents
3. Resolve discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
4. Present prepared estimates by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information
5. Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
6. Perform conceptual, schematic, and design development budgets
7. Review plans for consistency and accuracy
8. Manage all levels of take-offs while applying unit prices
9. Collaborate with others on the pre-construction team to successfully bid jobs
10. Develop into a leader within the estimating team

The Successful Applicant
The Estimator should have:
11. 5-10+ years of estimating experience, preferably at a commercial GC
12. Experience bidding valued at $10 million or more
13. A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field
14. OSHA certification preferred
