Position Overview
GI are recruiting for an organized and proactive Office Administrator based in Hinckley.
You'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth day‑day running of the office, managing a wide range of administrative tasks and providing cover when the senior office Administrator is unavailable.
Working Hours & Pay
Hours: 9am‑5pm Mon‑Fri
Pay: £25‑£27K dependant on experience
Key Responsibilities
* Data Entry
* Drafting letters and quotes
* Managing Diary
* Travel arrangements – booking flights, ferries, taxis and applying for visas
* Maintaining office equipment
* Answering the phone
* All aspects of sales order processing and stock control using Sage 1000
* Liaising with transport companies
* Arranging imports / exports
* Dealing with customer enquiries
* Franking post
* Credit card transactions
* Purchase orders
* Maintaining stationery levels
* Ordering PPE
* Making tea / coffee
Required Skills & Experience
Professional, punctual, methodical and organized; reliable and honest.
Excellent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with Sage is an advantage.
Training & Development
Most of the training is job‑based. Additional training will be provided as needed.
