The Role
As the Accounts Director / Associate, you will play a pivotal role in the leadership team, shaping the future of the practice. You will work closely with the Partners to manage a portfolio of clients, develop new business opportunities, and lead a team of dedicated professionals. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Client Management: Overseeing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and building long-term relationships.
2. Team Leadership: Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of accountants, ensuring high performance and staff engagement.
3. Strategic Development: Supporting the Partners in shaping the strategic direction of the practice, driving growth, and identifying opportunities for innovation.
4. Business Development: Playing an active role in winning new business, representing the firm at networking events, and identifying potential opportunities to expand the client base.
5. Technical Expertise: Providing high-level technical advice to clients, including complex accounting, tax planning, and business advisory services.
6. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal quality standards across the firm.
