Job Summary

Duties

* Assist in financial planning activities, providing necessary documentation and insights.
* Manage correspondence through Microsoft Outlook, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries.
* Utilise Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries and concerns effectively.
* Organise meetings and coordinate schedules to optimise time management across teams.
* Maintain organised records and files to ensure easy access to information as needed.
* Collaborate with IT support for any technical issues that may arise within the office environment.
Experience
* Previous administrative experience is essential, preferably within the financial services sector.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
* Strong communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
* Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Experience in report writing and data analysis will be advantageous.
