Receptionist
Location: Stoke-On-Trent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm
Rate: £12.60 per hour
The role:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front of House Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our client based in Stoke. In this role, you will greet visitors, manage incoming calls, handle general inquiries, and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the front desk.
Responsibilities
* Welcome and direct visitors in a warm and courteous manner
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and messages
* Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
* Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
* Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and mail handling
Key Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional appearance and demeanor
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
* Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
