Full-Time | Permanent | Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (1-hour lunch)

About the Role:
As the Sales Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for incoming sales enquiries-whether via email or phone. You'll play a key role in supporting the business, ensuring customers receive timely, accurate, and friendly service.
Your day-to-day will include:
7. Managing the sales inbox and handling incoming calls
8. Advising customers on product options and availability
9. Preparing and processing quotes and sales orders
10. Supporting purchasing activities and liaising with suppliers
11. Providing general administrative and customer service support
