Sales Negotiator – Mumbles
Astleys Estate Agents is seeking a driven, sales-focused Negotiator to join our Mumbles team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in growing our branch by turning enquiries into viewings, viewings into offers, and offers into completed sales, all while delivering exceptional customer service.
What you will do
* Manage and qualify buyers and sellers quickly to keep momentum in the sales process
* Generate opportunities through proactive applicant calls, smart matching, and consistent follow-up
* Negotiate offers confidently, manage objections, and secure the best outcome for clients
* Progress sales by liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and clients to keep transactions moving smoothly
* Deliver outstanding customer service by providing regular updates and building trust with every client
* Ensure property listings are always accurate and appealing with strong highlights and details
What you will bring
* A proactive, target-driven mindset with the determination to create and close opportunities
* Strong negotiation and communication skills with a confident, professional approach
* Organisational ability to balance viewings, callbacks, and sales progression effectively
* A full UK driving licence
