Job Overview
Room Leader position and Educator position available (we will also consider an apprenticeship for the right candidate)

Earn up to £30,000 dependent on qualifications and experience (based on 41 hours per week)
5 weeks paid holiday plus 8 paid bank holidays

We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Educator to join our nursery team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and providing a nurturing environment for young children to learn and grow.
*Responsibilities*
Educator and Room Leader
* Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities for children
* Create a safe and stimulating environment that supports learning and development
* Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
Room Leader
* Provide leadership and guidance
* Manage daily routines and activities within your room and the nursery
* Drive continuous improvement in educational practices
*Qualifications*
* Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or nursery setting
* Qualification in Early Childhood Education or relevant field
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Strong organisational skills to manage daily tasks effectively
