Randstad C&P are currently working with a long standing client who is a global leader in providing facilities maintenance services. This is a fantastic opportunity to join their team based in York at a large static manufacturing site.
Package:
* Up to £42,000 per annum
* Monday to Friday (40 hours)
Responsibilities
* Manage a number of pre-planned and reactive maintenance tasks across site
* Provide knowledge on HVAC equipment and BMS Systems to the wider team
* Complete all relevant paperwork and risk assessments in a thorough and timely manner
* Work in line with Service level agreements
* Work towards KPI's
* Adhere to health and safety
Ideal Candidate
* NVQ level 3 in HVAC or Air Conditioning
* 2 years of experience within a previous FM setting
* Communicate effectively with helpdesk and wider team
