Project Support Administrator – Part Time, 6 Month FTC – Northwich – > £30,000 Pro Rata
Our client is a well-established and highly reputable organisation in the heart of Northwich. Due to several new growth projects taking place from January onwards, our client is seeking a Project Support Management Officer to join their team. Working 3 days a week (flexible on hours and days), for a 6-month fixed term contract, you will be responsible for all project related administration to ensure that projects are on time, within budget and meet objectives. 1. Provide project administrative support to several projects
2. Producing reports on project milestones and project plans
3. Update and collate documentations
4. Carry out basic project research
5. Implement project plans
6. Communicate with relevant stakeholders to resolve any issues
7. Build and maintain relationships to ensure effective coordination
The ideal candidate will have previous Project Management or Project Administration experience, an excellent work ethic and a drive to succeed. Candidates with a bright, can-do attitude will be welcomed. The ability to deal with customers, objection handle and utilise Microsoft packages is required.
