The Dividend Watch team offers an innovative claims management service for our clients which has seen the team recover over £33m from insolvent situations for our clients.
We are looking for an Analyst to support the Creditor Solutions (CS) Dividend Watch team in our Brentwood office. In this role, you will provide a high standard of administrative support and will be managing client claims, updating cases on the Qualco system which feed our online client reports. This role will involve a high level of accuracy and integrity due to the level of client facing case management required for this role.
You’ll make an impact by:
1. Submitting client insolvency claims and supporting documentation to insolvency practitioners
2. Identifying new claims from client correspondence and ensuring they are uploaded to our claims management system (Qualco)
3. Monitoring the claim progression, insolvency outcomes, and expected dividend returns through our digital platforms
4. Liaising with insolvency practitioners to ensure clients’ claims are reviewed and admitted for dividend purposes
5. Providing support to our clients throughout the claims process through responding to queries and offering best practice guidance

6. Whilst no prior insolvency knowledge is required as full training will be given, we seek an individual who is keen to develop their knowledge in insolvency
7. Good time management skills
8. Articulate telephone and email manners

10. Attention to detail whilst processing high volumes of case updates, is very important for this role
