What You’ll Be Doing
* Performing high-quality TIG welds on stainless steel components
* Working from detailed engineering drawings to tight tolerances
* Producing clean, accurate welds that pass visual and dimensional inspections
* Maintaining a tidy, safety-first work environment
* Taking ownership of your work and contributing to a high-performing team

What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in TIG welding, ideally on stainless steel
* Experience with exotic materials (titanium, duplex, inconel) is a bonus – training provided
* Confident reading and interpreting technical drawings
* A steady hand, sharp eye for detail, and a real passion for quality work
* Reliable, motivated, and proud of what you produce

* Starting Rate: £15.00 per hour (up to £16 DOE)
* Day Shift:
Monday – Thursday: 07:30 – 16:30
Friday: 07:30 – 13:00
