Talent Link Recruitment is recruiting an experienced and dedicated Care Coordinator on behalf of a well-established care provider.
This is a key leadership role where you will coordinate care delivery, support care staff, and ensure service users receive safe, person-centred care that promotes dignity, choice, and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinating care packages, reviews, care plans, and risk assessments
* Managing and amending rotas to meet service needs
* Supporting, supervising, and developing care staff
* Carrying out quality assurance checks and service user visits
* Liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies
* Participating in the on-call rota when required
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in a Care Coordinator, Senior Carer, or supervisory role
* Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills
* Good understanding of care legislation and compliance
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced care environment
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
Hours & Pattern: Full-time, 9am–5 pm | Monday–Friday or Sunday–Thursday
