My leading Distribution and Supply Chain client are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and reliable solutions to their customers. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a motivated Customer Account Manager to join our friendly and professional team.
You will be the primary contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency, professionalism, and care. You’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, nurture relationships, and ensure seamless communication between customers and internal teams.

Relationship Management – Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term partnerships with key customers.

Customer Support – Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries, resolving issues quickly and effectively.

Account Growth – Monitor account performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend tailored solutions to add value.

Collaboration – Liaise with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics, and administration) to deliver on customer requirements.
*
Logistics Oversight – Track and manage shipping schedules, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
*
Administration – Process purchase orders, providing costs from pricelists, invoicing, updating progress of orders, updating KPI's and provide accurate weekly and monthly reports.

* Proven experience in account management or customer service, ideally within manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

* Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems (training provided).
* A valid driving licence (occasional travel to client sites may be required).
