Due to continued company growth, an exciting job opportunity has arisen for an office billing clerk, within our central billing department.
The successful candidate will play a key role in processing and achieving monthly sales targets from our Head Office, 56 Tempo Road, Enniskillen.
Key Responsibilities
* Invoice review, approval and data entry
* Ability to identify queries, be proactive and solve problems as they arise
* Maintain a high attention to detail and accuracy in executing billing related tasks
* Attain excellent organisational and time/task management skills
* Capacity to multitask and perform well under pressure
* Liaising confidently with customers and service providers
* Competent in computer literacy
Education, Experience and Desirable Skills
* Have 5 GCSE's or equivalent, including English and Maths
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adhere to tight deadlines
* Works well under pressure and has ability to manage time effectively
* Competent in computer literacy
* Be able to work independently & as part of a team
* Strong administration, organisation and planning skills
* High performance attitude
