Part-Time Administrator – Invoicing Specialist Location: Leatherhead, Surrey (Hybrid Working) Hours: 24–35 hours per week (agreed in advance) Are you someone who thrives on precision, enjoys routine tasks, and finds satisfaction in getting the small details exactly right? We’re a dynamic B2B information business delivering events, market reoprts, and strategic consultancy—and we’re looking for an experienced Part-Time Administrator to support our busy team. This role is ideal for someone who finds fulfilment in structured work, particularly in managing invoicing and related admin tasks. The Role The main focus of this role is invoicing, so it's perfect for someone who enjoys repetitive work that requires a high level of accuracy and an eagle eye for detail. You'll play a crucial part in ensuring our customers and suppliers receive timely and accurate communications and documentation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Issuing invoices to our customers – this is a core part of the role Issuing credit notes and raising purchase orders Setting up customers, suppliers, and projects in our internal system Saving newly published market reports and sending them to customers Managing membership product setups and renewals Completing member audits Ordering badge wallets/cards for events and business cards for staff Arranging travel for team members Providing support to our Business Process Manager as needed Benefits Hybrid remote working Retail discounts hub Fresh fruit in the office Employee assistance programme including virtual PT sessions, nutritional consultations, and counselling Private medical cover 25 days holiday bank holidays Early finish every Friday! Skills & Experience Prior administrative experience is essential Invoice-related admin is a big plus Excellent attention to detail is a must Ability to stay organised and juggle multiple priorities This is a part-time position for 24–35 hours per week (number to be agreed upon job offer), offering some flexibility within that range.
