Responsibilities
* To take ownership and responsibility for all enquiries received; identifying customer needs and offer and implement solutions.
* To lead on proactively managing low level anti-social behavior in accordance to MHA’s Policy and Procedures.
* Deliver an effective tenancy management service, which includes undertaking actions such as; successions, transfers and legal action where appropriate. As well as working closely with the income team to deliver rent first objectives.
* To ensure that the Association’s neighbourhoods and estates are maintained to a high standard.
* To identify and deliver proactive solutions that create great spaces including the development of neighbourhood plans, identifying areas of environmental improvement and undertaking tenancy health checks.
* To have a strong focus on prevention and early intervention, youll support residents to sustain their homes wherever possible, while taking firm and appropriate action when contracts are breached.
* To work collaboratively with colleagues, partners and stakeholders, to deliver strong and effective place-based leadership.
