Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm, term-time only
You’ll be supporting pupils with additional needs, helping them engage with learning and feel part of the classroom.
What your day will look like:
• Welcoming pupils into the classroom and helping them settle in
• Supporting learning during lessons, breaking tasks down into manageable steps
• Working 1:1 or with small groups to keep pupils engaged
• Helping children regulate emotions and manage transitions
• Building trust through consistency, patience, and encouragement
