Job Description:
This role leads diverse administrative functions for a large, complex department national in scope. Functions of this role include leading intake, governance and capacity planning process. Key responsibilities include oversight and management of change standards and serving as the liaison for the business. Conducting peer review of inflight projects, providing coaching, guidance and supporting project lead/change initiative owners through the change management rigor to project execution. Partnering across internal team and with other FLUs in support of cross team collaboration. Leading projects/ initiatives from beginning to end as needed. Consults with senior management in evaluating and developing strategies to implement change and process improvements. Requires a thorough knowledge of the department or business units' functional area and knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures.
Responsibilities:
* Leads the intake and governance process, ensuring adherence to change standards
* Performs ongoing monitoring of project controls and evidence to ensure proper documentation
* Holistic review of all projects to ensure capacity expectations are adhered to
* Ensures timely execution of project governance activities including review of project workbook, folders, and mid-point assessment
* Leads monthly Governance Review for the organization
* Monitor project deliverable dates and ensure timely scheduling and delivery of key milestones/readiness to ensure launch dates are met
* Effectively escalate items that may negatively impact the controls, change management expectations or deliverable timelines
* Lead Cross team collaboration within team and with other FLUs
* Drive Operational Excellence efforts to improve effectiveness and efficiency
* Demonstrate deep process knowledge and innovation through a focus on simplification and continuous improvement.
* Effective Communicator within team, with senior leaders and enterprise partners- connecting to strategy, priorities and growth enablement
* Establish and maintain collaborative partnerships with key business partners
* Other business management and operational responsibilities based on priorities
Required Qualifications:
* 5+ years in a business control, business management, operations, or related functions in large scale businesses
* Proven ability to provide make strategic decisions
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Critical thinker with the ability to influence senior leaders and partners to challenge the status quo, produce appropriate changes and implement goals
* Ability to communicate effectively and succinctly to Senior Executives

Enterprise Description:
Manages diverse administrative functions usually for a very large, complex department or for a complete line of business that may be regional or national in scope, often requiring associates in one or more location. Functions managed may include: financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, and coordination of certain projects, associate training, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, or communication. Consults with senior management in evaluating current methods and developing strategies to implement changes and improvements. Requires a thorough knowledge of the department or business units functional area or products. Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures and financial/accounting practices. Generally has full management responsibility over a relatively large team and may manage one or more levels of managers.
Leads the support/administrative functions for a somewhat large department usually at a local level. Responsibilities may include budget analysis and recommendations, operations analysis, identification and resolution of work flow issues, associate training, service quality, process improvement. Resolves personnel, audit and/or budget issues by researching and analyzing unusual problems, administers bank programs and policies and provides interpretation to department. Requires an in-depth knowledge of bank policies and programs and of the departments functional operations. May direct workflow activities.
