Overview
Join One Stop, a Tesco subsidiary, as a Customer Service Assistant in a fast‑paced retail environment. You will provide excellent customer service, stock shelves, process payments and keep the store welcoming and safe for all customers.
Responsibilities
* Deliver natural, passionate service and encourage feedback through the ‘Have Your Say’ survey.
* Support all store areas including online, tills, replenishment and vending to meet customer needs.
* Apply training and always work safely, following security procedures and wearing safety equipment where available.
* Participate in seasonal, community and charity events, creating an inclusive atmosphere.
* Track performance, understand store performance and collaborate to deliver profit.
* Clock in and out accurately to ensure correct pay and clock out at shift end.
* Run the shift in the absence of the Shift Leader or Store Manager when required.
* Follow all training to keep yourself, colleagues and the store safe and legal.
* When a store has a Post Office Local, undertake day‑to‑day post office operations and pass required background checks.
