PLEASE NOTE: The role is based within a category C prison. You will be required to undergo an enhanced security vetting process if you are to be successful for this position.

If you're thinking yes, then you could be our next Warehouse Team Leader who will play an integral role in the prisoners' lives, working with a diverse team to support their rehabilitation.
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Leading on the prison wing, distributing orders accurately and on time to each inmate.
* Loading and unloading vehicles when orders arrive at the prison.
* Complying with prison rules and regulations.
✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* Are comfortable working in a secure prison environment, giving oversight and direction to inmates.
* Can demonstrate strong integrity, judgement and fairness, especially when making decisions that support safety.
* Can manage challenging situations with a calm mindset.
* Good at communicating firmly, fairly and clearly.
* Have a good understanding of warehouse processes – but we will teach you the whole job!
✅ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
* You must have three recent years of UK address history (mandatory for enhanced security clearance).
* You must have your own or dependable transport for the shift times as the site is remote.
* You must have right to work in the UK with no limits now or in the future. We can't offer sponsorship for this opportunity.
