We’re on the lookout for a skilled Joiner / Carpenter to join a small, dedicated team delivering high-quality joinery and woodwork across a range of specialist projects. You’ll be producing and fitting bespoke components to exacting standards — helping to shape the future while preserving the past. Key Responsibilities will include: Carrying out joinery and woodwork on both new build and restoration projects Manufacturing and fitting high-quality wooden components to agreed specifications Reading and working from technical drawings, sketches, and verbal instructions Collaborating closely with a wider team to support the flow of work across departments Carrying out basic finishing processes such as varnishing and priming where required Maintaining quality and precision while meeting agreed deadlines We would love to hear from you if you have the following: NVQ Level 2 or higher in bench joinery (or equivalent)is desirable Solid experience in practical woodworking and machine use A good communicator with excellent time management skills Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working as part of a close-knit team Basic IT skills desirable Welsh language skills is a bonus, but not essential This is a full time permanent job working Monday – Friday 40 hours per week (with the occasional weekend), easily commutable from Bangor, Caernarfon, and Porthmadog. In return you will receive a competitive salary of up to £26,300 per annum depending on experience, plus a range of company benefits.
