A dedicated team of Social Care experts have joined forces to open multiple services in the West Midlands that will offer home and safety to children who have experienced significant trauma.
We are looking to appoint a Registered Manager, someone who is dedicated, autonomous, and passionate about improving the lives of young people in care. A company that actively promotes the welfare of their team, along with their personal and professional career development.
This role will be ideal for an experienced Registered Manager who is looking for an opportunity to grow, reach outstanding standards in their first home and promote growth of further services eventually as Regional Management.
Registered Children’s Home Manager – 3 bed home in Solihull, West Midlands
Therapeutic Residential services for young people aged between 8 and 17 years old
Providing all aspects of support for young people with emotional and or behavioural difficulties
Managing all daily aspects of running the homes, providing the best and highest quality of care
Competitive salary £50,000 – £55,000 (depending on experience) + bonus & excellent career progression
