Job Opportunity: Contract Administrator
We are seeking a diligent, professional Contract Administrator to join our busy team. The ideal candidate will be resilient, detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Role Overview
The Contract Administrator acts as a vital link between stakeholders, ensuring accurate data communication and timely distribution of planned works, meeting company and client standards.
The successful candidate will support team leaders, engineers, suppliers, and tenants, with proven administrative experience, preferably in housing, premises, or facilities management sectors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Planning daily work schedules for Engineers, Electricians, Plumbers, and Apprentices, and communicating accordingly.
2. Ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
3. Maintaining up-to-date records via appropriate mediums.
4. Liaising with other Contract Administrators and Supervisors.
5. Handling calls from Clients and Tenants.
Required Attributes
1. Self-motivated with a desire to develop within a successful company.
2. Committed to excellent customer service.
3. Proficient with Microsoft Office, IT systems, and databases, with strong organizational skills.
4. Experience handling high call volumes is beneficial.
5. Friendly, professional attitude to foster good relationships with Engineers, Tenants, and Clients.
All applicants must complete criminal and reference checks prior to employment.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break. The role is office-based at our Thurrock branch.
