Are you a Paid Search specialist who knows how to balance data-driven performance with smart strategy? We're working with a fast-growing digital agency in the
London area
looking for a PPC Manager to run high-impact search and display campaigns across Google, Microsoft Ads, and more.
The Role
You'll take ownership of PPC campaigns end-to-end, from planning and builds through to optimisation and reporting. You'll also collaborate with SEO, content and analytics teams to make sure performance stays strong and insights turn into action.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across
Google Ads
and
Microsoft Ads
* Own keyword research and build effective bidding/targeting strategies
* Write and test ad copy to improve CTR and conversion rate
* Monitor budgets, bids, and performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS/CPA)
* Optimise campaigns continuously to maximise ROI
* Produce clear performance reports and insights for clients/internal teams
* Stay on top of platform updates, trends, and best practice
What You Bring
* 2+ years
hands-on PPC experience (agency or in-house)
* Strong knowledge of
Google Ads

Google Analytics
* Confident with keyword research, testing, and optimisation
* Data-led mindset — able to turn numbers into clear actions
