About the Role

We’re searching for a Commercial Analyst Assistant to bring insight and strategic thinking to Frontline’s retailer and publisher partnerships. In this role, you’ll turn complex data into powerful stories that influence space, visibility, and sales performance across the UK’s leading retail accounts.
You’ll work closely with our Newstrade and National Account teams, supporting the range review process and helping us identify opportunities across the retail landscape. It’s a role where your analytical mindset can genuinely move the needle, for both internal teams and some of the biggest publishing brands in the country.
Job Opportunity
* Collaborating with commercial teams to uncover trends, patterns and growth opportunities.
* Leading on publisher reporting requirements and ensuring insights land clearly and effectively.
* Producing compelling, insight driven recommendations during range reviews, making data meaningful and actionable.
* Improving reporting accuracy and helping modernise how we deliver insights using automation and new tools.
* Covering key elements of the retail range review process in the absence of the UK Publisher Range & Global Insight Manager.
* Supporting broader projects that enhance how we engage with retailers and partners
Essential Skills
* Highly numerate, analytical, and comfortable diving into complex datasets.
* Confident with Excel (advanced) and familiar with tools like Power BI and/or Strategy.
* A logical problem solver with exceptional attention to detail.
* Able to communicate insights clearly, influencing decisions and building strong relationships.
* Calm under pressure and capable of managing deadlines and structured processes.
* Curious, proactive, and eager to drive improvement wherever you spot an opportunity.
