Corporate / Commercial Solicitor – Belfast | 4–10 PQE
Overview
We are working with a leading commercial law firm in Belfast that is seeking an experienced Corporate / Commercial Solicitor to join their growing Corporate Team. This role is ideally suited to solicitors with 4–10 years PQE and strong transactional corporate or commercial contracts experience. You’ll work on high-value matters within a dynamic, collaborative team and have the opportunity to step into an Associate Director level role depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Acting on a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and company reorganisations.
* Drafting and negotiating SPAs, investment agreements, shareholder agreements, and other commercial contracts.
* Advising corporate clients across a range of sectors.
* Supporting senior lawyers on complex corporate projects.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Mentoring junior team members and contributing to team development.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Qualified solicitor with transactional corporate or commercial contracts experience.
* PQE range: 4–10 years.
* Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.
* Excellent client management and communication abilities.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Ambition to develop further in corporate transactions and take on leadership responsibilities.
