About Content Services
Content Services is central to Momentum ITSMA, responsible for creating assets and campaigns that drive client success. Our scope includes developing messaging frameworks, sales training programs, ABM communication, and Thought Leadership initiatives. Our team comprises designers, writers, strategists, and experts in managed services, martech, and project delivery.
The Role
As a midweight B2B copywriter, you will craft content across marketing channels supporting our client accounts. You will operate in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for personal development. The role requires a proactive storyteller who can collaborate directly with clients to produce compelling copy for campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content creation: Develop engaging, persuasive content for digital platforms, social media, articles, blogs, and videos.
2. Research and insights: Conduct research on industry trends, client needs, and competitors to inform content.
3. Brand voice and tone: Adapt writing styles to maintain and enhance multiple clients' brand voices, ensuring consistency.
4. Collaboration: Work with consulting, design, and production teams to create cohesive content.
5. Editing and proofreading: Review content for accuracy, clarity, and style adherence.
Skills Required
1. Exceptional communication: Strong verbal and written skills to engage diverse audiences.
2. Interpretation of briefs: Ability to understand and align with client objectives.
3. Creativity: Generate innovative content ideas and adapt tone as needed.
4. Research proficiency: Gather relevant insights to inform content.
5. Time management: Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
6. Problem solving: Evaluate and resolve content challenges efficiently.
7. Workload management: Organize work to achieve goals on time.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a consultancy, creative agency, or related B2B industry. Please provide work samples.
Desirable Knowledge and Skills
* Familiarity with B2B sectors, growth strategies, ABM, and consultancy services.
* Experience with content management systems, AI tools, and digital distribution tools.
Salary
£35,000-£40,000.
