What you will do
* Lead and manage the Next Steps Team within Children’s Services to ensure exceptional standards of service and care.
* Set strategic direction and implement policies to continuously improve service delivery.
* Supervise and support team members, fostering an environment of professional growth and collaboration.
* Allocate resources efficiently and manage budgets effectively.
* Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to ensure the integration of services that meet the needs of children and young people.
* Maintain compliance with statutory obligations and national best practice standards.
Requirements
* Degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
* Current Social Work England registration.
* Recent managerial experience, ideally as a Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager, or Assistant Team Manager.
* Proven frontline experience in Children’s Services as a Manager.
