The Role:
The company is seeking a talented CNC - Cell Operative to join their team at their impressive Denham site. As a CNC - Cell Operative, you will play a crucial role in the manufacture of high-quality components for their state-of-the-art ejector seats, ultimately contributing to saving lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate manual and CNC machines to manufacture components to technical specifications and quality standards
Inspect produced components in accordance with quality procedures and standards
Carry out basic maintenance on machines and tools as per the company's TPM programme and machine manuals
Deburr components to the required standard within the machine cycle
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in a machine shop environment, with the ability to work from technical drawings and specifications
Expertise in operating and programming CNC machines, as well as tool setting, deburring, milling, and turning
Proficiency in inspecting components according to quality procedures and standards
