Exhibit expertise in preparing, washing, peeling, chopping, slicing, and dicing vegetables, fruits, meats, and other food items according to the recipes and menu requirements. Prepare recipes by measuring and mixing ingredients, marinating meats, preparing sauces, dressings, and other components required for Rockwater dishes. Collaborate closely with kitchen colleagues to ensure adherence to recipes, portion control, and presentation guidelines. Lead by example, fostering a positive and cooperative atmosphere in the kitchen. Partner with Senior Chefs to implement cost-saving measures, such as portion control and waste reduction, to support financial sustainability. Liaise effectively with all departments across Rockwater to facilitate smooth operations and communication. Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards. Actively participate in training new chefs and kitchen staff, nurturing a skilled and efficient team.
