We are here to guide and support you every step of the way! The Position Job Title: Apprentice IT Technical Salesperson Apprenticeship Course: Level 3 IT Technical Sales Apprenticeship Duration: 13 months Assessment Location: Wolverhampton (Hybrid) Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm Salary: £16,000 - £18,000 Base Uncapped Commission About the Role (What to Expect) We help ServiceOps leaders turn complex IT tooling investments into measurable, board-level business results using the company playbook. We challenge the status quo of 'traditional' IT consulting, preferring to move fast, speak plainly, and deliver undeniable ROI. This role is the engine of our growth. As an Apprentice IT Technical Salesperson, you will be the first point of contact for our future clients. This is a proactive, outbound-focused sales position. If you prefer a purely technical, back-office, or inbound-support role, this path is not for you. If you want to learn the mechanics of high-value enterprise sales and are driven by targets, this is your entry point. Your Core Responsibilities Your primary objective is pipeline generation. You will: ● Prospect: Execute structured outbound campaigns to identify and engage target organisations. ● Qualify: Navigate through technical jargon to uncover the actual business challenges (wasted budget, operational bottlenecks, compliance risks). ● Book: Secure qualified introductory meetings for the Founder to lead and close. ● Learn: Complete the ITP Level 3 IT Technical Salesperson apprenticeship, mastering the Sales Life Cycle, effective objection handling, and how to position cloud and unified communications to solve real-world problems. Who We Are Looking For We are looking for potential, resilience, and drive. The ideal candidate: ● Is Resilient: You understand that outbound sales involves frequent rejection, and you view every 'no' as a stepping stone to a 'yes'. ● Is Direct and Clear: You communicate concisely and logically. You do not hide behind corporate buzzwords. ● Is Ambitious: You are highly motivated to learn how to navigate £100k enterprise deals and are driven by an uncapped, performance-based commission structure. ● Takes Ownership: You are accountable for your daily activity metrics and constantly seek ways to improve your outreach strategy. What You Will Gain ● Direct Mentorship: Work directly with the Founder to learn how to sell business value and ROI, not just software features. ● Formal Qualification: A fully funded Level 3 IT Technical Salesperson qualification that covers the entire sales process from initial prospecting to account management. ● Financial Reward: A solid base salary paired with a transparent, uncapped commission structure designed to reward high performers. Eligibility Criteria Individuals must have a valid and eligible residency status to apply for this role.
