Job Description
As a Service Co-ordinator, you will work closely with operations managers and internal teams to maintain service excellence. You will manage data accuracy, process anomalies, and support payroll and compliance activities. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams while meeting strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Engage with operations managers to ensure accurate collation of times and standards.
2. Process anomalies and pending updates to S6 Management within SLA.
3. Validate and input missing timesheets into relevant systems.
Collate and distribute information to ensure proper reporting and compliance.
4. Prepare and maintain documentation for approval and decision-making.
5. Manage payroll-related activities and reporting.
6. Coordinate and manage discrepancies and anomalies across systems.
7. Support internal and external communication for issue resolution.
8. Assist with prioritisation of tasks and workload management.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
10. Experience in administrative or customer service roles.
11. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications.
12. Strong organisational and time management skills.
13. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
14. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
15. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
16. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
17. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
