Job description
Our client, a leading technology firm, is currently seeking a Functional Lead to join their team on a contract basis. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in technology, particularly within the CRM and Dynamics 365 space. You will be contributing to high-impact projects in various industries, leveraging your expertise to drive functional architecture and business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leading functional architecture design and implementation for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
2. Conducting comprehensive business analysis to understand and document client requirements.
3. Overseeing solution architecture to ensure it meets business needs and integrates seamlessly.
4. Utilising Power Platform, PowerApps, Power BI/Analytics, and Azure to develop robust solutions.
5. Managing project delivery and change enablement through Agile methodologies.
6. Collaborating across various sectors including services, education, banking, insurance, healthcare, government, oil & gas, non-profit, hi-tech, and finance.
Job Requirements:
7. Significant experience as a Functional Consultant or in a similar capacity.
8. Deep technical and functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, Field Service).
9. Strong background in functional architecture, business analysis, and solution architecture.
10. Proficiency with Power Platform, PowerApps, Power BI/Analytics, and Azure.
11. Experience in delivery management, change enablement, and Agile methodologies.
12. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
13. Ability to work across multiple sectors including services, education, and finance.
