Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Reading - £25,000 per annum + uncapped commission

We're looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist team placing Engineering professionals into permanent roles. You don't need prior recruitment experience - just at least 1 year of proven sales success, plenty of ambition, and the confidence to build strong relationships.
What you'll be doing:
Building relationships with clients across the Engineering sector
Sourcing and engaging high-calibre candidates for permanent roles
Managing the full recruitment cycle - from initial contact through to offer stage
Working towards targetsWhat we're looking for:
Minimum 1 year sales experience (any industry - telesales, retail, B2B, etc.)
Excellent communication and people skills
A results driven attitude with resilience and ambition
Eagerness to learn and develop into a specialist Recruitment ConsultantWhat's in it for you:
