Fram Search is working with a growing financial services firm that is looking to strengthen its approach to incident analysis and complaints handling. This opportunity sits within the operations function and would suit someone with a strong background in investigations, reporting, and client communications.
The role involves investigating operational incidents, working closely with internal teams to identify root causes, and supporting the implementation of effective corrective measures. There is also responsibility for producing incident trend analysis and commentary for operational leadership.
Alongside incident-related work, this position also includes managing the customer complaints process. This includes logging and acknowledging complaints, maintaining relevant registers and dashboards, and preparing clear, well-reasoned responses. The role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders to gather evidence, spot emerging patterns, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.
We are keen to speak with individuals who have experience in financial services, and who have a methodical and analytical approach to problem solving. Strong communication skills are important, particularly in drafting formal responses, and prior involvement in either incident analysis or complaints handling would be valuable.
