You’ll gain hands-on experience working with students of various abilities and backgrounds, supporting both learning and personal development.\n\nResponsibilities of the role:\n\nAssist teachers in delivering engaging lessons across the curriculum.\nSupport students on a one-to-one or small group basis, particularly those who need additional help.\nHelp manage classroom behaviour and maintain a focused learning environment.\nProvide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and areas of need.\nSupport with administrative tasks and lesson preparation.\nUphold safeguarding and student welfare policies at all times.\nJob Requirements:\n\nA degree (any subject) – education-related degrees are desirable but not essential.\nA genuine interest in working with young people and supporting their learning.\nExperience working with secondary school students in a support role.
