Service Care Solutions is working with a leading law firm who is currently seeking a Property Paralegal to join its established Banking & Finance team in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity for a paralegal with commercial or residential property experience to work on high-quality transactions within a supportive and progressive environment.
The Role:
* Collating title due diligence for property finance transactions
* Drafting standard securities and discharges
* Preparing and submitting Land Registration application forms
* Reviewing draft advance notices
* Assisting with transaction completions
* Managing post-completion matters, including issuing lender title packs
About You:
* Previous experience in commercial or residential property
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
