A leading manufacturing organisation is looking to appoint an experienced Employee Relations Leader to join a growing UK HR function. This is a key role within the team, responsible for driving positive Employee Relations outcomes, supporting leaders through complex people matters, and helping to shape a high-performing and inclusive workplace culture.
Reporting into the Head of HR, you will play a central role in ensuring best-in-class employee relations practices across the business.
Key areas of focus will include:
* Lead and manage complex employee relations cases including investigations, grievances, disciplinaries, capability matters, and conflict resolution
* Provide expert guidance on UK employment law, HR policies, workplace disputes, disciplinary processes, and employee exits
* Partner with HR, business leaders, Legal, Compliance, and external counsel to resolve employee relations matters and support litigation where required
* Conduct investigations, document findings, mediate discussions, and recommend effective resolutions
* Develop and deliver employee relations training for HR teams and people managers
* Monitor ER trends and metrics, ensure legal compliance, and drive continuous improvement of ER policies and procedures
