Job Title: Tutor
Location: Leicestershire, Leicester
Salary: £25.00 - £30.00 Per hour
Job Duties:
* 1. Provide individual and group tutoring to students in various subjects.
* 2. Develop lesson plans and instructional materials to meet the individual needs of students.
* 3. Assess students' progress, provide feedback, and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
* 4. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and performance.
* 5. Keep accurate records of student attendance, progress, and grades.
Required Qualifications:
* - A relevant degree in Education or a related field.
* - Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS).
* - Proven experience in tutoring or teaching students of varying ages and abilities.
* Education:
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
Experience:
* At least 2 years of experience in tutoring or teaching.
Knowledge and Skills:
* - Strong understanding of the UK education system.
* - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* - Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students.
* - Proficiency in using educational technology and resources.
Preferred Qualifications:
* - Master's degree in Education or a related field.
* - Experience working with students with special educational needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
