Hubexo, through our specialist consultancy arm NBS Schumann, is expanding its design management team. We're looking for experienced and methodical Design Managers to help us deliver coordinated, design-led projects across a global client base.
This is a consultancy role where you will work closely with clients, senior leaders, and design teams to bring clarity, control, and direction to complex project environments. It’s a high-trust position with the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the quality and delivery of design work worldwide.
What you’ll bring
* Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary design coordination, ideally across varied sectors.
* Strong leadership in client-facing roles, with the ability to guide decision-making and align stakeholders.
* A clear grasp of design processes, documentation control, compliance, and delivery risk.
* Confidence operating under pressure, with a structured and proactive approach to challenges.
* A degree in Architecture, Engineering or a closely related built environment discipline.
* You must be based in the UK and eligible to work here.
