Overview
We have an opening on our small but brilliant admin team. We are looking for a proactive, organised team member who has experience in customer care, is detail oriented, has computer knowledge and would like to make a difference for our patients.
Responsibilities
* Answering the phones
* Booking appointments
* Dealing with daily queries from patients
* Preparing prescriptions
* Work flowing documents from secondary care
* Registering new patients
* Liaising with the clinical team and other healthcare providers
* Carrying out other administrative tasks as required
Person Specification
Experience
* We are looking for experience in customer care. It doesn\'t have to be in the medical field.
* The ideal team member should be proactive, organised and will work well within the team and on their own.
* Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office) is necessary, full training for the clinical system will be given.
* Flexible, able to cover additional shifts (holiday and sickness).
Desirable
* Pleasant phone manner and a team player.
