Hours: Monday - Friday, no weekends
Salary: Up to £32,000 + bonus OTE 3k+ (Uncapped)

We have a new job vacancy available for a Service Advisor in Milton Keynes. This is a great opportunity for a Service Advisor looking for a long‑term career filed with progression opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Greet and assist customers when they arrive for scheduled and unscheduled servicing and repairs, acting as the primary point of contact.
* Book vehicles into the workshop, maintain regular updates to customers throughout the service process.
* Support the after‑sales function by working closely with workshop controllers and assisting the Service Manager in the efficient running of a busy department.
* Manage customer expectations professionally, ensuring transparent communication and a high level of service at every touchpoint.
* Upsell additional products and services to both new and returning customers, contributing to departmental growth.
Key Requirements
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a car dealership, bodyshop, or independent garage.
* Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Willingness to work weekends.
