Your new role
1. Proactively manage the Executive’s time, including regular review of diarymitments, identification of time for strategic thinking, and minimising time spent on low-priority meetings.
2. Implement and maintain an email triage system to categorise and prioritise iingmunications, ensuring timely responses and flagging urgent matters.
3. Coordinate weekly planning sessions with the Executive to review uingmitments, adjust priorities, and ensure preparedness for key meetings.
4. Track and report on key administrative metrics ( meeting load, actionpletion rates, diary utilisation) to support continuous improvement.
5. Provide highly efficient, professional and confidential support to members of the Executive Team
What you'll need to succeed
6. Demonstrate expertise in a full range of administrative and organisational policies and procedures, acquired through training and relevant experience to degree level or equivalent.
7. Experience of working at a Personal or Executive Assistant level
8. Excellent interpersonal andmunication skills in all written and verbal contact, using their negotiation and persuasive skills as required
9. The post holder must be able to organise their own workload and time efficiently using initiative where appropriate and have the ability to judge the importance of information.
10. The post holder will be responsible for liaising with stakeholders, senior management, departmental staff, external organisations and members of the public and ensuring that this is undertaken in a courteous manner at all times.
