* To manage all aspects of the pharmacy including staff and the services offered.
* To provide a courteous, confidential and professional service to all pharmacy customers.
* To delegate tasks appropriately to ensure the efficient running of the pharmacy.
* To ensure there is an appropriate skill-mix of staff always working within the pharmacy.
* To ensure all legal, ethical and contractual obligations are met.
