Family Solicitor – Witney, Oxfordshire (Hybrid Working Available)

The Opportunity:
This firm is looking for a Family Solicitor to join its expanding Family Law Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who wants to handle a varied and interesting caseload, working directly with clients in a supportive, community-focused firm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advising clients on a full spectrum of family law matters, including:
o Divorce and separation
o Financial remedies and settlements
o Child arrangements and contact issues
o Cohabitation agreements
o Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
* Managing your own caseload from instruction to completion
* Providing empathetic, practical advice and maintaining the highest standards of client care
* Supporting the department’s business development and contributing to marketing initiatives
Your Profile:
* Qualified Solicitor with experience in family law (2+ years PQE desirable but all levels considered)
* Sound knowledge of divorce, finances and children matters
* Excellent communication and client care skills, especially in sensitive situations
* Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
* A proactive approach to business development within the local community
