Salary: £23,809 plus additional sleep-in allowance
Shifts: Flexible patterns including sleep-ins (every other weekend)

Your Role Will Include:
* Delivering personal care and tailored daily support
* Promoting independence and emotional wellbeing
* Supporting community involvement and social activities
* Acting as a key worker and advocate for individuals
* Collaborating with families and external professionals
* Maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment
What We're Looking For:
* Experience supporting vulnerable adults
* Level 1 Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
* Basic IT and communication skills
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
* Compassion, empathy, and a collaborative mindset
