Talent Acquisition Partner Permanent, Full-time or Part-time considered Hybrid - ideally minimum of 2 days at our Derby office, the rest working from home Up to £45,000 plus benefits About the role We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing People team, to drive our direct hiring model and support the delivery of high‑quality recruitment campaigns aligned to our talent pipelines, from early careers programmes through to experienced hires. Partnering closely with hiring managers, you’ll manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a wide range of roles across head office functions, with a particular focus on our growing Technology function. You’ll play a key role in building strong and sustainable talent pipelines and support in shaping initiatives that mature our overall talent acquisition capability. What you’ll be doing Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, technical skills and hiring priorities Delivering end‑to‑end recruitment using a direct hiring approach Developing and executing sourcing strategies using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and talent communities Building and maintaining talent pools for business critical, high demand skills Contributing to employer branding and attraction campaigns across social media and other channels Bring best practice expertise to support in shaping the candidate experience journey and data quality via our ATS (Networx) Using AI and recruitment technology to support sourcing, screening and content creation Coaching and supporting hiring managers with interview best practice, candidate engagement and inclusive hiring through our behaviours-led framework Providing market insights, data and trends to enable informed hiring decisions (e.g LinkedIn Talent Insights) Working closely with People and Culture Business Partners, Reward and the wider People team to ensure a consistent, customer‑focused recruitment experience About you Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally including technology recruitment Strong direct sourcing capability and confidence using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, AI tools Comfortable working in an agile, fast‑moving and evolving environment Curious and proactive mindset - you address challenges with a solutions-first approach Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Able to deliver results at pace while maintaining a high‑quality candidate experience Experience of recruitment automation tools is a plus Recruitment Process 1st stage: Introduction call with our Group TA Manager 1st stage interview: Teams interview with our Group Head of Culture and Colleague Experience 2nd stage: In-person interview with the hiring team What’s In It For You?
