We are working with an award-winning, full-service law firm that has an immediate requirement for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and commercially minded solicitor to join a positive, ethical law firm. A firm that values quality and service over "just numbers".
The successful candidate will join an already established, supportive team and will be reporting directly to the Head of Department.
The requirement is full-time and will be based in Cardiff or Swansea (both hybrid). The package is above market average and is based very much on experience.
Role requirements:
* Minimum 3 years PQE
* Ideally have a proven record in business development as well as caseload management.
* Excellent communications and client relationship skills
* Excellent organisational skills
